Hi, can someone recognize or know who created this artwork ? found this in a thrift shop here in Philippines .. thank you

The artist's name of the first one (tiger) is 永政 Nagamasa or Eisei. It doesn't seem to be a famous artist.
He draw another tiger picture.

The second one (calligraphy) is 忍 Nin/Shinobu, meaning "patience".
