Hello, I listen to a lot of music and I was going to buy this hoodie but I have no idea what it says in the smaller letters. Online translations just give me gibberish. Could simebody please help me and tell me what it says before I buy it? Thanks in advance!

The two small rows are just a selection of the hiragana chart in order (well, mostly in order). It doesn't have a meaning, it's like having ABCDEFGHI or something on a shirt.
