I Think it is:

1. I cannot be my true self. (Dont know how to put ukkari in)

2. If they are for real, When they are being fake they wont reply back. (具体的な希望事項を連絡してくる Need help here)
 
1)
I can't blindly take it(= what they said) seriously.

2)
If the request is what they actually want to be done, they will tell me their concrete requirements, whereas when it's fake, they won't give concrete reply back, of course.
