Hi there. In my book I've got some sentences that want me to use the ~te iru form and it's function if describing a result of a change. I've answered a few sentences below and would appreciate it if someone could mark them.
1) otousan wa nani wo shite imasu ka?
2) okaasan wa nani wo shite imasu ka?
3) oneesan wa tsutomete imasu ka?
Please keep in mind that with my answers, my book hasn't really said anything about the father and mothers activities, but only where they live, their age and their jobs. This is why I've answered the first two sentences with their careers and not an activity.
My answers:
1) otousan wa ginkou de hataraite imasu.
2) okaasan wa byoin de hataraite imasu.
With 3, I couldn't work out how to answer because the book says that she is a college student and does not specify a career, so I put:
3) oneesan wa hatarakimasen. Daigakusei desu.
For 3, how would I answer it using the teiru form?
Thanks for reading, really appreciate it
