I've been looking for some translations, but I can't seem to find them anywhere

The first one is 'job evaluation conversation', the conversation between employer and employee to discuss progresses.
The second one is the common word for these kind of conversations. Would that be 'hanashi'? In my native language there are different words to describe these kind of conversations and conversations between friends/family, so I was wondering if japanese would contain the same kind of thing.

Thank you for helping me out!

I would use 勤務評価面談[kinmu hyōka mendan].

話し合い[hanashiai], 面談[mendan], 対話[taiwa], 会話[kaiwa], 対談[taidan], 鼎談[teidan], 内談[naidan], 懇談[kondan],,,, so many synonyms with different connotations

Thank you for your reply

Are they used in different formalities? or kinds of conversations? if I may ask
