Sites for Actively Learning Japanese?

I'm planning to take the JLPT N2 this year, but my problem is that I have almost no chance to practice my output so I have a feeling I will fail badly. For example, I study by myself, so I learn by playing Japanese games, reading Japanese manga, and the like, but I have no one to talk to in Japanese. Most people I also meet in the penpal sites stop replying after a few exchanges, so it's very hard for me to practice consistently. I sometimes post Japanese statuses in Facebook, but as I get no reply (only 1 or 2 of my friends are Japanese and they're more of acquaintances) I really don't know if what I'm saying is correct. I saw some forums for Japanese learning but the posts are too simple (like it's just full of people introducing themselves, calling things kawaii, stuff like that) that it doesn't really offer me very much practice

I was wondering if there are Japanese forums or sites where I can actively post in Japanese and make Japanese friends. Something like Japanese social media sites. If you guys want to be my friend, then that's cool too

JLPT doesn't test output, does it?
