I am searching for my half sisters who are half Japanese. They are the daughters of an American man, Richard T. Bivens and a Japanese woman, Naomi (unsure of her last name). The two sisters were adopted by their step-father when their dad, Richard, remarried and moved to the US. Their names should be Angela and Michelle. I believe that the older one would be around 30 years old and the younger one in late twenties possibly. I have never met them and I wish to find them. I am their younger sister (22 years) and they have one brother too, Steve (almost 21 years) who wishes to know his sisters. If any one has any suggestions please help me. I am far away from Japan in America and wish to some how locate my sisters, Angela and MIchelle!!

What city did your dad and Naomi live in? Hospital's birth records might be available.
