scholarship in japan

I am trying to apply for the scholarship in japan. but it demands 16 years of education while my total years of education tolls up to 15 years including my bachelors degree.
can anyone suggest me how can i go ahead??

What scholarship? And does your education system usually only have 15 years? Or did you graduate early? You can try and contact them and explain your situation and see if they will make an exception.

Scholarship for Masters program, its Monbukagakusho: MEXT Scholarship.
yes our education system is generally of 15 years as the bachelors degree is only of 3 years. I tries contacting them through the mails available but only could receive the automated replies and some links which could not answer my question.
only if i could get a mailing add. to of the person who can respond properly...or if you have nay idea about it, it will be of great help!!

i am checking through the other threads though i havent found any precise answer to this question information till date.
Is anyone here whose education system is 15 years in total and still got the scholarship?
