Help Saitama City Fireworks Show

There was a fireworks show near Saitama City last night (17th August 2021)- I could hear it but I can't find anything about it. My six year old son was desperately searching for it on Youtube but found nothing. I suppose it was ad hoc as not listed on a fireworks program guide.

I saw a TV feature on this last week. Many cities and towns hold unannounced fireworks without spectators. They did the same last year:

I bet the mayor and his buddies were having a grand old time while watching them from the best spot.

Apparently it is part of Saitama City's 20th anniversary- three times for five minutes. They announce the day but not the location to prevent an audience. On 28th they will show the recording on Saitama TV and then Youtube.
