The City or the Countryside?

The moment i have enough of cash to get a decent piece of land and a house, I am out of Tokyo in such a rush, that my feet won't even touch the ground. When i wake up, I want to see mountains, trees, and 0 people.

ahh. that would be nice. the sun rising behind a moutain like fuji, trees in the middleground. the air so crisp and clean, the sky so clear at night. im not much for rural living, but that would be amazing.

How much cash do you have and how much of a "handman" are you? There are a lot of places that are dirt cheap but might require a little sweat equity.
