Rirekisho, need some help

I have one question,

I`m going to have an interview today at a yakiniku restaurant called tendan as a dish washer. I went to Hello Work to get this interview.

I have one last thing to write on my resume and it`s the part (Why do you want to do this job) I want to say something like: (I would like to work at this restaurant because it seems like a fast paced environment, which is good. I also like the working hours.)

Here`s my japanese version, it`s pretty bad, Boku ha tendan ni hatarakitai kara resutoran ha isogashi tokoro sore ha ii to omoimasukara hataraku jikan ha hayaii to tanoshi ni naru. tendan no hataraku jikan ha ii to omoimasu.

But someone said (we don`t usually write that) well I have no idea what to write then.

If someone can help me correct this or make it better I would be happy!

ここで働きたいのはファストペースの雰囲気があって、営業時間が都合がいいからです。

Now I get to find out how far off I am. A few notes before that, though:

1) I have no idea how to say "fast paced environment" in Japanese.

2) I figured the "which is good" part is unnecessary, because you're saying why you want to work there, so anything you say will inherently be good in your view. Also, once I got started I didn't know how to fit it in.

3) I'm not sure whether 営業時間 works in this sense, but it's the closest thing I could think of to "working hours." I also went with a "convenient for me" expression on that one instead of "like" (i.e., 都合がいい).

This should be interesting.

I ended up just writing: chikara shigoto ga shitaikara.

The interview went well, I`ll find out in 2 days if I get the job or not.

This is for a job in Canada? Is Japanese a requirement to wash dishes for them?

Fast paced environment (Pessu no hayai kankyou) ?

"Chikara shigoto ga shitai" is more like a physical job or manual labor that must have made an outstanding impression on the interviewer !

I don`t really wash dishes I get to wash the yakiniku pans (yakinikunabe) I think that`s what he said. The guy told me a truck goes around to different restaurants and picks up the pans and brings them to me and I have to unload them and throw them in boiling water. He said if the truck is late I get to do nothing. Sweet!

If I get the job, I get to wear white rubber boots! Good times.

Just keep it as simple as possible when you really aren't sure.

Kono resutoran de ha (kochira de ha), pessu no hayai kankyou (or whatever)
de sukina shigoto ga dekiru to omou shi, jikan ga benri da shi, totemo ii shigoto da to omoimasu....
