my questions are:
how common is this? is this something you see *all the time*?
how is it recieved? do most japanese agree? do most japanese agree (but only behind locked doors) or do most japanese consider them basically the same as when we see racists yelling in the street? or is it somewhere in between?

Anyway to answer your question as much as I can (e.g. not very) as far as I know mainstream Japan doesn't have any more sympathy for rightwing extremests (<- damn I can't spell that word) than, say, the UK* does.

* e.g. a touch less than France and the US do at the moment

The Good Ol Days??

Back in the early 70's there was 1 week a year we were susposed to stay on base & out of town(Fukuoka).
One week a year, there were anti-war protests,anti-nuke protests, anti American protests,etc. . I lived off base in town and never once had a single soul bother me. I always thought it was great that they crammed there so called "hate" into 1 week a year! I had the feeling the majority of protesters were there as part of their job or obbligation to some cause, not because of deep felt feelings?

Well, they seem to have relations with the NSDAP in Germany. The only problem is I wonder if the German NSDAP members consider Japanese people as racial allies. I read a Hitler biography where he called Japanese people "yellow skinned and slit-eyed" people. And that the Nazis would eventually have to attack Japan after all the other countries were conquered or subjugated. I wonder if many members of the NSJAP know that little secret of Hitler.

I think a lot of these people want to return to the old Japan of the Shogunate era. I think there is still this romanticism about the old feudal era by many modern Japanese. I also think that modern advancements is something they would give up for the return to old Japan.

Sure, the shogunate era was a lotta fun for samurai and damyo, having servants, concubines and the finer things in life such as wonderful swords that you could test on whomever was lower in social status than you. I wish for once they'd have a movie about the suffering of innocent peasants who had to put up with all that abuse.

That's the funny part about it, they mention about their brotherhood with the European Nazi parties but at the end of the day those people are out for the Aryan race and no one else.
Notice how their site links off to other sites and those sites DONT link back to them.

If anything they make a mockery out of their own people, there's like a whole article explaining how they and the other Aryan races are related by DNA. Do they really beleive that people are gonna accept them as white?

Probably 90% of the site is filled with flawed "facts", these kind of people read what they want to read and leave out everything else.

They make a big deal of how the Japanese come from the Turanian racial stock and how these Turanians are related to the Indo-Europeans. Last time I checked Turanians (like Turks, Kazakhs, Samoyeds, etc.) speak a Ural-Altaic language. Read any book on Hitler or the Nazis and you'll discover that they considered Italians or Spanish as more racial brothers than the Japanese (for the Nazis allying with Japan was more a matter of convenience than racial philosophy).
