today i lost an account of mine on a japanese game i was playing and while it's vague, i hope it's enough to be translated.
i had already requested help on another forum i frequented, but the person who helped seemed to have used a machine translator that made all the japanese choppy and unclear.
if there are any changes that have to be made, that's okay. thank you nevertheless!

recently i have lost my account. it has been stolen by someone else, because i was logged out and forced to make a new account. i checked the id and they are currently playing on it, but it is not theirs and i do not know how they stole my account.
however, i can provide information needed to retrieve the account, so i hope it's enough to get my account back.
since the account is being used still, some of the information might change, but i will try my best. thank you very much.
all of this information is as of today, july 1st, 2015.
i hope this isn't too long! if it needs to be shortened, or if you have any suggestions to make it better, that's okay as well, so long as it's still comprehensible. i might need more help if they ever reply, so i hope that's not a problem either. thanks again.
