professors in japan

so i decided to apply for the research student scholarship this year with what i think is a unique and great research proposal about a problem both japan and my country suffers from it, so i just had a couple of question for you guys
first: how can i find professors to email, i've searched in the net but i didn't find any thing
and does any one here applied for the research student, maybe you got some thing to share so please share it
