Poster for wanted person description

Hi
Could you please help me with deciphering this poster?
I can only guess few first words:
Wanted, ashigaru from Umetani-mura, Yuinosuke
The next sentences are probably his description (?), but I have a difficulty with reading this calligraphy.
Based on the dialogue on the next page (高山と内通した疑いで取締方が探索中である), it should also be something about him working with Kouyama

Basically says as you can imagine:

Wanted: Gō Umetanimura Ashigaru Yuinosuke
1. We are searching for this person in this territory, who has passed information to Kōyama (can't read the bit after Kōyama).
Whoever finds this person should inform the search (party, I guess) immediately. Anyone caught hiding this person, or helping him to escape will be (punished).

Haneki Fief Patrol (something)

I don't quite understand the "Gō" prefix before Umetanimura. Gō means "village", but I don't know its context here. Can't quite read the Haneki name. Anyway, hopefully you have the gist of it.
