Japanese handwritten document from my family archive (translation help wanted)

The date is correct, but it just says "completion of handover" (i.e., when the person was transferred from the Japanese into the hands of the allies.)

Dear Majestic,
thank you, so the date I read is correct.
any idea what the first section describes?
Jean

Yes, your date of Nov 2nd, 1940 is correct.
The top part says
馬来 俘虜収容所弟東分所へ移管ス
Year/Month/Date (all blank). Malay: Prisoner transferred to the Eastern Prisoner Camp.

I guess this would be before the prisoner exchange, but the spaces for the date are left blank (unless that "11" under the character for "month" should indicate November).
