Post your Jrock Fanart!

I love your Kamijo, Satsuki. You style is very glamourous and stylish. You did a lovely job.

Kinsao... your not dead :? I surely thought... :? Oh well... I know what picture you used for reference... I must say I like your version MUCH better... for reasons you can figure out for yourself.

Yeah, that picture was just ASKING FOR IT!!

That I'm not dead? Well, it was a narrow escape... lol. All that blood... (costs me a fortune in towels btw - and the bin-men have started giving me strange suspicious looks... ) But I survived, thanks to the transfusions brought to me by my faithful servants. However, I have a nasty feeling my next artistic endeavour might finish me off...

Oh I see... sounds serious.

What will your mext drawing be? :?

Aha - it's a secret!

I'm not getting all childish - I can't discuss it - I'm still weak from loss of blood...

ok...here it is

yomis butt I'm really not that pleased with it and it makes me look like a perverted person...and I'm not

Of course not - none of us on here are perverted!!!

I don't think it's a bad drawing. Maybe the butt looked bigger to you in proportion because you had been focusing on it too much? :?

*gives Pjusk a medal* That is the single greatest fanart in the whole thread.

There you are, you see - it's good. Believe us!

I don't see why you hate it :? It looks as if it is going on ok to me. Unfinished stuff often looks a little... well, unfinished, lol.

I can't do any work on the computer. I have to use 'real' materials... It's really cool to see nice computer work. But probably my machine wouldn't be able to cope - hell, it's already shite...

I hate almost everything I do... to be honest. I really like this one of Kaoru though... it's my favorite... it's not really popular among people though. I like the way it came out cause it has more style than the others... it's doesn't look really realistic and I put a lot more effort into and despite how much I hated it and couldn't get things the way I wanted... it grew on me.

Kaoru by Taco-San on DeviantArt

It sounds dumb but I want a t-shirt with it on it.

o_o That's really good!! I especially think the clothes cames out the best ^_^ the whole pic looks great ..
-_- I wish I could draw like that on my comp.. I used to but I gave up for a while and now I can hardly draw a stick figure LOL plus all got is dum paint that sucks..
Here is another my latest creations Mayu fiancailles by Alexiel **** | ArtWanted.com
I might make another drawing of him since it's almost his B-day ^_^yay

Thank you

I really love your style... it's very elegant. They make me think of posters in boutiques or something.

Yey! Yomis butt rules the cake!

Pkk, I really like that Kaoru. I like when peolpe make original art, makes the whole work so much more worth it. I don't know if you made this one after a picture, but it looks original. It has a special style and personality somehow. I think you should be proud of it.
And *Satsuki*, you've also got a special style I enjoy.

I did use a reference... I used that one but I made my own colors instead of cloning them from the picture like I usually do... and a background... I never make backgrounds cause I suck at them but I made the effort to make one for it. I just put a lot more heart into it... if that makes sense. I wanted to make something I could be proud of instead of something other people would like.

i cannot, for the life of me, draw on the computer. i am jealous.

i am also jealous because all of you have such beautiful, detailed artwork from the computer (cannot get past the whole computer thing) i will never be as great.

but, for something completely different, i will try to find the link to the picture of Aya i made. i hope it will be clear. it's a stencil, so don't expect any fancy details, or nothing. you try doing small details with a can of spray paint!

i am off to find the link! be back in a jiffy! *prances away*

Yay! Those are really good PKK and Satsuki! I really like your styles. I wish I had a distinctive 'style' - most of my work ends up quite different from each other. The stuff I've posted on here has been the most similar in style I have ever produced in my life.

Yeah... computer work... I admire it loads, but it's not something I'm into trying myself. Possibly because I spend most of the day in front of a screen anyway...? I just like the feeling of using pencil, paint, ink, biro, whatever, on a surface...

Look forward to seeing Aya - I bet his hair is great to paint!

I was feeling strong enough to say what I am up to next in the way of visual stuff, but you know how you get that feeling where if you mention it, you'll jinx it...?

ah, i couldn't find the link... i'll ask my art teacher when i get back to the US...

yep, me too. i like to stick with my spray paint. although i am currently working on a 3x4 foot canvas of Totchi! it is huge, and is taking forever. and it's black and white, so i've gone through like a million tubes of each... i will start up again once i get back...it was actually for this last school year, but ended up taking so long i gave up trying to finish it on time and made a small painting with the lyrics for 'dead tree' in the background... my teacher liked it though, so...heh...i will finish the painting for this year teacher, i swear!! :sorry:

...oh, i didn't paint his hair...sort of...er...how do i explain...:? it was a cut-out stencil, so i did paint his hair, it was just the same color as the rest of him... done in spray-paint, no less! i got tired of the traditional methods...

but the one i'm most proud of is my Kyo-kun! i'll put it up as soon as i get home! it's so cool!! i know, i know, i am getting way full of myself... actually the reason i like it so much is because i used a manila folder for the stencil instead of watercolor paper. the Aya stencil blurred because the paper was thinner and didn't feel like sticking...*shakes fist* curse you, Aya stencil!! :auch: but the Kyo-kun stencil stuck fabulously (fabulously!!) and it came out really sharply! i will take a picture when i get home to show you! i hope you guys like it as much as i do!

yes, i know the feeling! shh, don't say!! i don't want to jinx it, either!!

I've all you lot to thank that I even started to draw and paint again. My competitive streak! Thank you people for metaphorically giving me a kick in the ***!
