Please Translate bottom of spoon

This is a spoon i bought and I can't read Japanese. I pretty sure that it is japanese since the spoon looks like the ones we get at the Japanese steak house. Please excuse my ignorance. Language was never a strong suit in school and this is nearly impossible for me.
