Please explain grammar

Can someone please explain the grammar behind this phrase?
こちら、店内でお召しあがりですか
I know that it's basically asking if you want to have here or takeaway by the 店内で in the interior of shop and I suppose お召し is food, what is behind the use of こちら and あがり?

In short, some verbs have polite variants. 召し上がる is used instead of 食べる here. The お + ます stem form is another polite form. In whole it simply means, "will you be eating this (order) here?"

The other option is takeout which just uses the お+stem form: お持ち帰り

Here, こちら means "you". And as nekojita-san said, お召し上
がり is simply the 尊敬語 form of 食べる.

こちら means "this (order)" in that sentence, as nekojita-san translated. こちら is usually not used when referring to a customer "you" in a store/fast food restaurant. Instead, お客様 is most commonly used.

Ah, sorry about that. I looked at a lot of examples on alc.co.jp and saw a lot that seemed to be translated as "you".
