How to read this word? Please correct the romaji)

Love at first sight
一日ぼわ (ichika howa)

One's first concern
最大の間心事 (sai dai no kanshin ji)

Please correct my sentences.

Are you free?
あなた わ 暇 です か?
お暇 です か?

Are you busy?
あなた わ 忙 です か?
お忙 です か?

This person is my friend.
このかた わ わたし の 友だち です。

Thank you.
:)

Love at first sight
一日ぼわ (ichika howa).
It should be
一目ぼれ (hitome bore)
hitome means seeing only once.
horeru means to fall in love.
When combined with another word, h becomes b.
bore is a noun form for the verb horeru.
One's first concern
最大の間心事 (sai dai no kanshin ji).
Kanshinji should be 関心事.
最 sai means "the most"
大 dai means "big"
関心事 kanshinji can be either concern or interests.
As for your sentences, first of all, please remember that the particle (topic marker) "wa" should be written は in kana, not わ.

お暇 です か?.
あはたは暇ですか。
お暇ですか。
Both are OK. The latter sounds politer.

お忙 です か?.
Busy is 忙しい isogashii.
あなたは忙しいですか。
お忙しいですか。
Again, the latter is politer.
This person is my friend.
このかた わ わたし の 友だち です。.
この方は私の友だちです。
It is OK except わ.
この方 is very polite, you are paying the honour to "this person".
If you are introducing your friend to your teacher or boss, it's better to use
こちら or この人 or if your friend is in front of the person you are talking to, it is possible to omit either of them, and say
私の友人です。

Thank you very much for correcting my sentences and some useful information. I'll remember it^ ^ Im appreciated it a lot^ ^

Thanks again:-)

Midori, please consult bunpo notes. I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors. You are already trying to use Kanji with the level of grammar you command. I would endeavor the grammar component first, then worry about Kanji. (Unless you are Chinese or Nikkeijin, that is). At this stage, forget the kanji if you are like me, a complete white guy or lady.
