does anyone know any online japanese to english dictionary that indicates intonation or accent nucleus?

Nope, but the Japanese dictionary at goo does. It's the 大辞林 (だいじりん).

hi, i've being trying to use 大辞林, it is the 国語 dictionary under goo is it? it doesnt seem to indicate intonation to me.

Check the 窶党窶氾。 section of Daijirin for legend on accentuation.

Just in case you still have problems with that, the number indicates which mora the accent is on, so the mora after the number is the one that has the accent fall (瀧).
