I am going to holiday in Osaka next month. I would like to take a short course for sushi making. 3 to 7 days is fine for me. Can anyone tell me which school is the best for it?
being that you never made sushi before, i'd suggest learning it online. you might get lucky and find a course that you can take in english, but i highly doubt that one will be available.
