OK, this is a weird one, please don't take it the wrong way...

So, going back to Japan this November, my photographer friend and I decided to make one of our photo projects to take pictures and video of as many Japanese vending machines as possible. When we first went in 2010, we did this a little, but this time around we are going to seriously document as many as we can find.

Now, for many years we have heard about the notorious 'berusera' vending machines and sex toy vending machines. Back in 2010, we made a half-hearted attempt to find a panty vending machine, with no success. Now, I have read that these do not exist in the numbers they used to, but they can be found if you know where to look.

To put it bluntly, we would like to find some to add to our "collection" of photos. I AM NOT asking because I have a panty fetish or Japanese girl fetish myself. I am a happily married man, just looking to have some fun in Japan while we are there. And as an avid photographer, one of the things I love most about photographing Japan are all the elements of repetition. Repetition as a theme, has long been one of my favorite artistic subjects.

So, if anyone can help point me in the right direction, that would be great. We will be in Osaka and Tokyo, taking day trips out from those cities to different areas, so anything within an hour or two of either of those cities would be great.

Now, I don't want this thread to turn into something awful, this is strictly a question and it doesn't need to go down the tubes with a debate about right or wrong or perversion or whatever. Feel free to PM me if you do not want to reply here.

OK well, what about like porn machines selling toys and magazines, etc? There's got to be some of that stuff hanging around. I know the used panty thing was part true, part urban legend, but I figured there must be some weird little spot were this stuff exists still. That said, I don't expect someone to know the details if they have really become uber-underground. But anyway, thanks.
