Hey. I just found the forum and found it to be a really good resource. I'm thinking of studying japanese next year and in that spirit I've started studying a little on my own.
I'll be lurking mostly just taking in what I can for now. I got the hiragana down and I'm trying to learn katakana and kanji, but that stuff is killing me.
