Yo. I'm Remian, a young electronic media journalist. I have read topics in this forums plenty of time, so its about time I joined. I adore the Japanese culture, but I only know minimal romanji as opposed to my extensive knowledge of English.

Let's see...

I'm a fan of many Japanese films, specifically the one's focused on the fall of Japanese society (Battle Royale, Jisatsu Sakuru...). I have yet to actually see Suicide Circle...I'm afraid of it...

I'm also a black American, so if anyone's racist, they can feel free to tell me now before I try to get closer with all the members

I'm a bit self absorbed and I act like a know-it-all every now and then, and I hate people who are not Japanese in any way, but pretend to speak it and claim they are "half-Japanese"....

I've been to Japan several times for events like the Tokyo Game Show and Manga documentations...but I don't know alot about the culture of such places.

As far as I know, there will be no problems whatsoever about the family tree that you have branched off from. I think the jury is still out over whether 'race' is so real a matter, and there has been a genetical element discovered that gives us our skin pigmentation, and that's just that. I know many beautiful people of many different shades of skin--and I love it all!!

You appear to up front with your good points and weaker points; I'm glad for that. I hope to hear from you from time to time! Please post when you can, and I'll talk to you later !!
