Is this an exact quote from the e-mail? It is hard to say with no context provided but my guess is that your friend is commenting on someone's writing (possibly yours?).
"The sentence/s is/are little bit hard to understand. You must have used the conversion tool (kana to kanji conversion tool)."
*「意味不名」should be 「意味不明」, which means that the meaning is unclear.
Is your friend really Japanese? If they are, they have a really strange way of using punctuations. Also, I don't understand why they are writing to you in such a fractured, colloquial speech when they know you don't understand Japanese that well
