If you don't want to pay Nissan dealer prices , any auto parts store that sells shocks should be able to give you their shocks with the year and model of your car(or forklift). A Nissan dealer would only need your year and car (fork lift) model to give you the right shocks. Depending on how old those shocks are , the number on them may be outdated or changed. It's only around 5AM in Japan now , so give it a while and hopefully you will get an answer back. I'm retired now in Maine , but was an auto parts dealer for 25 years. The computer systems that auto parts dealers now have almost any info you can need , LOL. If you can't get the forklift info you need , sometimes you just take the part into a dealer and they can measure it and give you the right one from that. Hopefully someone here can get the info from your pictures.
