Do u guys know where i can find a map of japan showing all the states and cities?

Looking For A Large Map Of Japan i need to find some places like narita, haneda, misawa and kuroiso i know where narita is but i need a map just to be sure of its location is there a map online of which has all the towns of japan ? my atlas doesnt have any of these towns..

Can anyone show me any maps of Japan, mainly the Kichijoji - Kyota area? I need to know what is where so I can go sightseeing. And are the train systems foreigner freindly?
