Need help with AU-KDDI cell phone

I currently have a cell-phone & plan with AU-KDDI. I have two questions:

1) Is there an option for online viewing of minute usage, plan summary, etc.? In America I used to have t-mobile and it was nice to be able to log in online and view my minutes, bills, etc. I checked the AU page but there seems to be none.

2) How do I use facebook mobile with my cell phone? I told facebook to send my cell phone a text message but it did not arrive. Perhaps Japanese cells phones do not accept sms text messages the way phones in other countries do?

1) Docomo has that feature so I'm sure AU has it, too. But it'll probably be in Japanese. Get a Japanese person to help you find it. (On Docomo, you need to log into My Docomo.)

2) You might need to get AU's smartphone that's coming out next month or switch to Docomo's Xperia that prominently features Facebook.

If you're having trouble getting ON facebook, like I did, try using your EZWeb browser intead of the PC Site Viewer. I have the AU Casio CA002 G'z One/GShock phone and used a Sony Ericcson in the past, and this is the only way it's ever worked for me.

I elect not to have mail come to me, so I'm not sure how that works exactly, but jumping on with your cell is a good way to have the site register your device as a possible login. You may bea ble to adjust your mail settings from their mobile site.

I have access to my current pay plan, but haven't seen my minutes. Then again, I do unlimited data and keep my minutes on the phone to a minimum.

@MeAndroo Do you mean you have online log-in to view your current pay plan? About Facebook do you have a way to do facebook mobile through your cell phone?

When I use the EZWeb Browser, it allows me onto the Facebook mobile site. The PC Site Viewer program does not allow me to log in for whatever reason.

I believe I have access to view my current pay plan, but I've only been told this. If you go into your EZWeb program, there should be an option called pay service info that takes you where you need to go.

I'm using a phone in English, obviously, so if you opt for the Japanese, the term should be 窶猫窶板ｿﾆ探ﾂーﾆ池ﾆ湛something or other.

Depends on your phone's manufacturer.

Mine is a Panasonic with English-language support to set all menus in English. On the settings page there is a command which allows me to look at rough fees for the last call made, and for the rough monthly total to-date.

Also, AU's c-mail is roughly equal to text-messaging, isn't it? If that's the case, it only works between AU phones, not from outside sources.
