Hi, I wonder if someone can help with the following:

色白で太ったその精神科医の名は伊良部いちろ.
That fair-skinned and chubby psychiatrist's name is Irabu Ichiro.
そしてそこで待ち受ける前代未聞の体験。I'm not sure quite what this sentence means? Esp. the underlined word. My attempt - "And now his to be awaited previously unheard of (personal) experiences"?
 
Your interpretation is basically correct. 待ち受ける modifies 体験, thus, it means "experiences that await (him)".
そこ refers to the location he will go to, so そこで simply means "there".
 
I'm unsure with this sentence:
海外で出会った少年は、自分について来いと手で招いた
The boy that I met by chance at foreign country beckoned me to follow him by hand (?)

It may be easier to see if you insert the implied quotation marks:

海外で出会った少年は、「自分について来い」と手で招いた

Does アリ refer to 全神経?

Could anyone explain for me why th this sentence is wrong? I think the usage of 外食 is perfect here. (?)
 
I am not sure, but I think that it is a collocation problem, where the verb たのむ can't be used with 外食.

外食 refers to actually going out to eat, not ordering out for food to be delivered, so I don't think you would pair たのむ with it.
 
I think it would be a choice of
外食することが or
出前をとる（注文する、たのむ）ことが
 
妹は余暇さえあれば本を読んでいるような子供だった
Why is this sentence wrong?
 
余暇 means more likely "leisure time" rather than "free time". It should be 暇さえあれば.

I'm so glad that's the case. I was trying so hard to understand what it might mean and wasn't coming to anything.
 
It might be supposed to explain "one's strength/forte".

It has been 3 years since I (met those two/appeared) at their wedding ceremony (?)

They got married three years after they met.

There's nothing there about a wedding ceremony.

For emphasis or it's considered that ばらす is from ばらばら.

If that fits the context, yes. ばらす has other meanings than that, so it's impossible to interpret it correctly without knowing the context.

I also saw it means to disassemble or to kill but it doesn't seem to be the case here.

What is して? Does it modify 保育園?
 
No. The -te form can't modify nouns. It modifies 作られた and expresses "state".
