I'd really appreciate help with understanding the part in bold:

おかえりなさい
他人のしかも気になる
あの女性の体はどうでした

Context: this is from a silly body swap manga: Man and woman swap bodies, the man has some fun and even does some ecchi things . First he things he's stuck like this, but they suddenly swap back and the spirit responsible for the swap tells him this.

I cannot for the life of me figure out its meaning, even after researching on Google for an hour.

What does "these" refer to, for instance?
What is the relation between you and the addressee? Are you going to say it politely or friendly?

Before this character (headless biker) says that she doesn't have eyes and mouth but it doesn't bother her.

～がいい/といい is a sort of imperative.
化物の怒りに触れた者 refers to the speaker.

EDIT:
In addition
見る is not an auxiliary verb "to try to do" there. It's 刮目して、見る.
存分に means more likely "fully / without reserve".

A user on LINEPlay commented on my post, and I'm not sure what コケコケ and モリモリmean. Are they onomatopoeias?

Not コケコケ, but コテコテ.
Yes, they are onomatopoeias, which expresses "(excessively) decorative" or along the line.

While reading, I came across a possible phrase or slang that I'm not familiar with. It is 一回シメ (ikkai shime). I don't think that it's 一回ツメ (ikkai tsume). The words I've seen translated for "shime" don't seem to make sense with the full sentence, "一回シメとかねえとわかんねえだろと思ってよ". I've pretty much got the gist of the rest of the sentence, but I'm coming up short with that first phrase. Is anyone familiar with this term?

Yes, I believe so. To me, I would think "シメとかねえ" would roughly translate to "Can't punish you." I know the speech is a little rough, so I'm still having a little difficulty when it's conjugated in that way, but I think I got the gist of the sentence, now.
 
Not really. シメとかねえと is the colloquial/slangy form of シメとかないと, and シメとかないと is the contraction of シメておかないと. The meaning is completely opposite to your interpretation.
 
I'm a bit confused with かと思うと part in 「のこのこ出ていってババ引いてたかと思うと、ぞっとしねぇや」. If I'm understanding correctly ウピエル is talking about imaginary situation where he comes instead of (or with) 雑種 he sent before. And to me this かと思うと doesn't looks like it has meaning close to た途端に.

老人「昨夜、まんまと一杯食わされたようだな。ウピエル」
ウピエル「ああ、雑種を差し向けて正解だった」
ウピエル「のこのこ出ていってババ引いてたかと思うと、ぞっとしねぇや」
ギーラッハ「・・・・・・貴様、手勢を失っておいてその余裕は何だ？」

Context: the characters above located their enemy's base, and sent people to destroy it, but it was a trap and their people were killed instead.
 
It's just か + と思うと; "thinking of if (I went there and got the Old Maid instead)".

Isn't it 雑魚[ざこ], not 雑種?

Yeah, か gives a nuance of maybe or as if.
e.g.
死んだと思った vs 死んだかと思った

How about 雑魚? Isn't it a typo?

No. 野菜しか食べます。 is grammatically wrong. Check again how to use しか in your dictionary.
