I know the later part is ''die at this world bringing boastful thinking'' of something (その礎となれる事を)
 
So the subject of that phrase is パッフィー?
''Die in this world while (you shall be) be proud as the basis of that matter''(?)

You ignored なれる.
Notice that's あの世, not この世.
 
I have a question about the sentence in bold. What exactly the author wants to say we では? Maybe something like 「三十五年前にその部屋で死んだ女子生徒というのは、その尾ひれの中の一つのではないか？/その尾ひれのではないか？」?

You got the gist of it. My guess is that 嘘なのだろうか/実在しないのだろうか follows it.
 
お前達には散々、迷惑かけちまったしこれぐらいはやってみせねえとな。。。！

My translation is:
Since you'll utterly end up in trouble if I don't do this much...!
 
Notice that's お前達には, not お前達は.
かけちまった is past.
You need to guess what is omitted after と.
 
So is it: ''Since he utterly caused you guys trouble''(?)

Who is "he"? Does it fit the context?
 
That is the guy that attacks the speaker. He try to attack the mothership but the speaker covers the ship. Then the speaker says this line.
 
Then, the subject is obviously "I", since the subjects of 迷惑かけちまった and やってみせる are the same person.
What follows これぐらいはやってみせねえと is 申し訳ない, 俺の気が済まない or along the line.

Is 手も鳴らない mean ''We don't invite you''?
 
鳴らしてない is not the -te iru form of 鳴らない.

Hey there folks,

I've a question regarding these two lines below; for context, both lines are spoken by two people to an enemy who's just massacred an entire city in a berserk attack and is still attacking:

A: それくらいにしとけ！いくら何でもやり過ぎだ！

I reckon the bold part would be something akin to a "Enough!" since the next sentence is the speaker saying this is overkill. However, I'm not exactly sure what to make of that にしとけ.

B: サイズ違いにひるむもんか！男は器の大きさで勝負だ！

This one's spoken after a kid charges the attacker (someone who's much bigger than he is). I've looked on several pages but most indicate the bold part to mean magnanimity, tolerance and the like, which doesn't really seem right for this.
Could anyone clarify?

The translation you got is correct. The kid is saying that the body size is not a matter for men. His magnanimity or tolerance is the point.

Aaah, so it's one of those "It's what's inside that counts" lines? Got it.

And I don't think I've seen that contraction before...makes sense now.
