I have some sentences that I translated (in parenthesis some explanations to the meaning of the word):
* Copy link (this copy a link/hash of a search result file)

* Show information (this shows informations about a file, I don't succeed to translate it)
* Only network (this makes searches only in the network)
専用ネットワーク
* Only database (this makes searches only in the database)
唯一のデータベース
* Automatic (this makes searches in the network and in the database simultaneously)
自動的
* Time (this column show the time which a result stay in the database, I don't succeed to translate it)
Can someone tell me if these translations are OK? If not, can you suggest me others?

It looks like your writing a manual for a program or localizing it to Japanese. I'm not much of a nerd, but I'll take a crack at. Now if anybody reading this sees that I've got it wrong, feel free to comment. Wouldn't want anyone getting nuked because of me.
1.コピーリンク If コピーis an adjective describing the link, this would be correct. But if it used as a verb, for example, "Copy the link" , then the phrase would be "リンクをコピー"
2.情報を表示 （jyou hou wo hyou ji）= Show info.
3.専用ネットワーク This means "an exclusive network" which would imply that there exists a network solely for the purpose of searching. Turning the two words around would give you (ネットワーク専用=network exclusive) which when connected with search would give you (ネットワーク専用サーチ=network exclusive search). Which I guess would be OK, but then again that can imply that there exists a search function solely for the purpose of searching the network. If you have a search function that handles multiple functions and you could restrict or limit its task to just searching the network or just the database, then the task might be called something like (network restricted search/ database restricted search) in which case you might want to use (限定=げんてい=restrict). So to summarize:
ネットワーク専用= network exclusive.
ネットワーク限定= network restricted.

データベース限定
唯一のデータベース=the only database
5.自動的=automatically Just the word (自動=automatic) should be enough to describe the task when taken in context with the two tasks above. If you needed to emphasize the fact that the search occurs both in the database and the network, you might want to use 自動/総合 meaning automatic/overall. If you wanted to build a descriptive sentence , it might go something like:
この自動ボタンをクリックしておくとプログラムが自動的に総合サーチを行います。
kono botanwo kurikku shiteokuto puroguramuga jidoutekini sougou sa-chi wo okkonai masu.
If you leave this auto button clicked on, the program will automatically do an overall search.
6. Like I said I'm not too nerdy, to I'm not sure I understand exactly the jargon here, but I've listed a few expressions dealing with time which might fit your needs.
所要時間 syoyou jikan = time needed
経過時間 keika jikan = time progressed , indicating the task is not complete yet.
処理時間 syori jikan = processing time
作動時間 sadou jikan=operating / functioning time
