and if you know your katakana you should recognize マクロス = 'makurosu' which is the 'Japanese' way of writing MACROSS.

Note that often the 'English' spelling will be used in Japanese sites and may be considered the 'official' version. (e.g. You might be better off just using MACROSS).

Well if you have a spare hour or so a day it shouldn't take that long to get the hang off.

Oh yes, don't forget to put phrases like "final fantasy" inside " marks when searching.

I think it's often translated into "的を射る(mato wo iru)" or "当を得る(tou wo eru)".
We often say "あたり" in casual/daily conversation as PaulTB showed.

英語のNail it on the headを意味するのに「的を射る、ずばり的を射る、当を得る、 うまく言い当てる、あたり」などが使われる場合がありますか。 適当なころをするときはそういう表現と言いますが、この場合は[Hit the nail on the head]に近い感じでしょうね。

I think アドバイス may be confusing things. My take would be ...
"We are recruiting people from the theatre world who are able to confirm that there are no problems with the material from the perspective of the Japanese or ..."
But as Glenn would say we should probably wait for a native speaker of Japanese.
