Music Scholarship Programs

Hi Im currently finishing my Japanese Language studies here in Japan.

After graduating, I am hoping to enter the field of music. After so much research, scholarships could be provided in many ways but I'm having a hard time understanding it. Can anyone recommend a company or someone who is knowledgeable and can help me with this ?
