I'm not really a materialist and don't enjoy things sitting around, collecting dust but still there is one thing I would really like... A sleigh, fully equipped with eight dogs or so to pull it so that I can go on a solitary polar expedition. If I ever get to do that, I'll be able to die peacefully, the best would be to die during the expedition surrounded by the dogs, the most peaceful death I could dream of, I would have to wait until I'm done with my life's goals though...

Indeed, thats the thing about collecting figures. You buy one you HAVE to have them all, it's worse than drugs.

I started collecting last month already spent about ﾂ｣700 on figures (x1.8 for US$ value)...I'm not even halfway through collecting them all yet.

Ya, true. it's very addictitive to collect all. Anyway i spend few thousands on my collection also. I don think i can stop it. Once there's good bargain, i will look towards it. BTW, if given a chance to purchase from Japanese and the item is limited, would you be interested?

Yeah the artist (Michael Lau) produces strictly limited amounts of each figure, I think the most expensive price I've heard of is one of his figures being sold on Ebay for $10,000 !!!
If you buy them off those sites i gave you then you dont need to worry about bootlegs, but be wary on Ebay there's loads of fakes!
