I applied for the Monbusho Scholarship for Specialized Training College for 2014. And I am recommended to MEXT, only me and other person are recommended in my country. There is anyone who apply for it too? and the MEXT can deny my scholarship? I did the Maths exam really good, but I think I did the English exam not very good...
