I see.. here in the Philippines, only few are chosen to pass the scholarship. I heard from my friends that the undergraduate level is not that easy to pass. I'm starting to get nervous na. hahahahaha
Mathematics, I think I'm better off in studying the topics that are in the EJU syllabus. I heard the monbukagakusho exam and the EJU is as the same.. hahahahaha

Anyways, what I'm doing when I study Math is that answer the practice exercises... memorize the law (sine, cosine, tangent). Just try to solve and solve and solve the not so easy problems. Try to answer problem solving, too. It can help. hahahahahaha....

Is that so? Well I kinda hate reviewing a lot too. But I'm trying to motivate myself to review. I feel like I'm procrastinated every time I review. Hahahahaha. God bless to us then :)

Hello everyone!
I am also going to apply for the undergrad scholarship this year.
It sounds quite competitive every year and I do not have much confidence:arghh:

But anyway I will try my very best.

Greetings everyone! I'm a fellow (hope-to-be) MEXT'ian all the way form Pakistan. I applied for this scholarship last year and luckily I passed the test, but I was rejected in the interview. Main reason for being rejected in the interview was that I failed to impress the person who was conducting it. I didn't ask him ask him any questions and just gave him plain answers to the questions that he asked me.
This year, after doing a lot of thinking, I have made up my mind to apply for this scholarship again. But, the thing that always keeps me pushing away from pursuing this scholarship is that I'm already enrolled in a good university in my country. I am in second semester of Computer Science (bachelors) course. My thoughts are always juggling now-a-days. I cannot think clearly whether it is a good idea to pursue this. I mean, I love Computer Programming and I'm good at it and even if I do get selected for this scholarship this is the subject that I will pursue in Japan. I know most of you here are currently in high school, So my question here is directed towards the audience who is facing the same problem and especially those who have already been accepted for this scholarship. And, if a fellow Japanese comes by this post, could he tell me what is the stature of Information Technology and other related fields in Japan.
P.S In my country the tenure of this scholarship is of 3 years. First year for learning the Japanese Language and the next 2 for the real academic courses.

It's never too late to do things that you like~
Anyway, is the application date differs from each country? I have submitted my application and now I am crossing my fingers hoping that I will be called for a test.... :D
