MEXT Scholarship through University Recommendation The University of Tokyo

Hi everybody I would like that you will help me with a question related with the MEXT Scholarship through University Recommendation. I have been admitted to the Graduate Program in Sustainability Science at The University of Tokyo. The UT will nominate me for the MEXT scholarship to start my studies in October of 2014.
The questions are if you have some idea about how difficult is the next step before I would receive the scholarship?
