MEXT 2016 study plan

Hi all friends!

I want to apply for MEXT 2016 scholarship as master degree of engineering (mechatronics and robotics - or electronics design).

I want your advice about writing a study plan. I have not wrote any! can you give me some examples of an engineering one?
