I don't think it matters wheather one is circumcised or not. Although it's an a curious topic to discuss, I don't really see the need for circumcision today. The hygenic conditions are much better, and just a daily shower should suffice to prevent any risk. And for those who are circumized, is not like they are missing a whole lot. Now, there are some people left and right that will claim that their type of soldier is the one better equipped for infiltrating the enemy lines, but these are what I call propagandists.

Personally I still am like nature made me, mainly cuz my parents were worried from the sanitary conditions of the procedure when I was a kid. Also, I want to add, Frank, this is a cool topic u started, is nice to see the difference between the many places our members live in. I don't think this topic is controversial, or "taboo" whatsoever. Is just a simple question, yes or no; nuthing sensitive about it really; a penis is just a penis.

Yeah, it is a non issue. Usually people get all excited about it for religious reasons.

I know a guy employed in the adult industry who was circumcised as an adult. He started his career uncut, and is now continuing it cut. He says there is no discernible difference in feeling between then and now.

In my experience, and i say this as an American, women seem more likely to go down on you if you're cut.

I don't think it really matters much either way. I got the snip and my snake is doin' just fine. It wasn't done for any particular reason, just automatically. I'm kind of glad I had it done (as a baby) because, in America at least, someone my age who was "natural" would be kind of considered odd. Kind of a strange rationale, but it works for me.

In Japan, its pretty uncommon to be circumcised, and since I was born in Japan, I'm not cut.

In Korea though, it is quite common to be circumsized at birth. A Korean friend also told me that if you aren't circumsized at birth, and when you join the Korean army (which is mandatory), they circumcise you without using any anethetics. I don't know if this is true, but I did break into a cold sweat and accidentally let out a girlish whimper when he told me this.

Yeah, my Japanese guy friend is, and he explained it as a kind of symbolic/religious 'initiation rite' signaling his 'entrance into the community' but his family is Buddhist so I've never really understood.....it must have been something the family would have independently requested. :?

I'm cut, but I don't think that it makes any difference. I definitely don't feel as though you become less sensitive. With everything exposed, I think that it actually heightens the pleasure. But there is no way for me to prove this!

but why is it neccessarily to be circumised when joining the army?????

I was circ'd when I was born... But I do not believe it is better then not being, really does not make any difference.
