Question Meaning of a dialogue without clear subjects ええいチョロチョロと！一気に頭を潰す！

While reading a story, i met this difficult sentence due to the author keep omits subjects in his writing (unlike in English I/you/we/they....) so it makes me hard to understand. Much thanks if someone could explain its meaning clearly for me o/

Story: 4 generals is holding a castle against enemy's siege. Instead of stay inside and defense the castle, they headed out to intercept enemy's attack first. Though other 3 friends of general 華雄 told her don't attack too far in to enemy's lines, she still impatient and start to charge forward.

華雄「ええいチョロチョロと！一気に頭を潰す！私に続けぇぇぇッ！！」

賈駆「ああ！またあんなに前に……！」

陳宮「予想はしていたことなのです」

張遼「なんやまたウチの出番が来そうやなぁ……」

Not entirely sure, but Kayū (華雄) is saying he's going to go forth and smash the enemy (crush his head in one blow, but I think "head" in this case is used metaphorically). Then he implores the other's to follow his lead (私に続けえええ）.

The other three sound slightly less enthusiastic to follow his lead. They sound as if they would prefer it if Kayū weren't so impulsive/impatient, but they are well aware of his nature and sort of understood he would act in this way, and they would be caught up in his impulsiveness. So they say

賈駆: Once again he's going way too far out there!*

陳宮 Well, it was totally predictable.

張遼: WTH, it looks like it'll be our turn next.**

*It doesn't literally say "too far", but that is the implication.
** Means: now that Kayū has already committed himself to the battle, it looks like we'll have to go out after him.

I think ウチ here mean "I" not "we" ,since after re-read i find only 華雄 and 張遼 are the fighting type general, and the other 2 generals are "strategist" type - like they can't fight well
Can you translate ええいチョロチョロと！一気に頭を潰す！ part ?
I still don't get what did this character mean or talking to who here (to ally soldier ? or enemies? ) - Hope you can clarify

Yes, ウチ could mean I. Hard to tell from this excerpt.
I don't quite know what is meant by ええいチョロチョロと!
チョロチョロ means to fidget about, or to run around like a little kid does. It can also mean "to trickle" like a little stream of water. So...I don't know how it is being used here. 一気に頭を潰す means, like I said, to quash something's head in one stroke.

Does 華雄 repair the faucet? Is she fighting with rats? or kids? or something small?

I guess 「チョロチョロ」 is a misuse of words by the author. And I think 「ワラワラ」 is correct words.

華雄 fighting with lots of soldiers, but she want to fight with enemy general. Isn't it？

華雄 is annoyed by the soldiers crowding around her. And scream, 「ええいワラワラと！」

In this case, the head(頭) does not refer to a person's head, but to a leader who group of enemies. If 頭 means a person's head, it becomes inconsistent with the first statement 「ええいチョロチョロと！」.

華雄 fights with many soldiers, and time passes aimlessly. But she wants to end the fight quickly and surely. To do this, she need to defeat the enemy leader.

華雄「ええいワラワラと！ 一気に頭を潰す！ 私に続けぇぇぇッ！！」
華雄 "Lots of enemy soldiers are annoying! I will quickly defeat the enemy leader! Follow me!"


If I were to revise only the short descriptive text by zeroh4nter, the translation would look like the one above.


If 華雄 was fighting with a chicken.

華雄「ええいチョロチョロと！ 一撃で頭を潰す！ 私に続けぇぇぇッ！！」
華雄 "What a nimble chicken! Crush your head in one blow! Follow me!"
