So I am trying to translate this:

誰がそんなことしろっつった

I am not sure, but I think it should mean either ''Who told you about doing such a thing?'' or ''Who would ask to do such a thing?''...
As usual I may be way wrong though. >___<

The former is close.
Who told you to do such a thing? (= You shouldn't have done such a thing. / You shouldn't do such a thing. / You don't need to do such a thing.)
