how about lab or university which uni you all choice? get informal acceptance to enter already or not? I am choosing gifu,chiba and tokushima..

I only contacted 1 lecturer so far, now looking at the Uni lists attached with the email, i will start to contact the student support division first, they will provide the email of supervisor that able to accept student.

me too, I only contacted my previous supervisor during my final project for undergraduate. they are willing to accept me and will help me obtaining LOA from the university. Now I'm waiting for the package Ms. Yin is going to send today.
Let us remind each other to submit the soft copy by October 1st, as Ms Yin mentioned started last year, those who do not submit the LOA in time will be automatically withdrawn from the candidacy.

Btw, am just wondering how exactly anyone of you can convince three different supervisors to accept one research topic?: What I'm trying to say, it's well-known that every supervisor will have their own topic of preference even though it's of the same field of your proposal.

What I have made to understand, only ONE topic will be presented in the application form, so how does itwork? Does it got anything to do with pure luck or a very careful selection of the supervisors? I have received LOA from one of them, of which the topic was given by the professor. But I am not very sure the other two supervisors will be willingly accept the same topic.

Anyone's help is very much appreciated. Thanks

Frankly speaking I'm also wondering and haven't thought of that since I'm only looking for one laboratory.

But maybe I could put it this way. Even though the title and the field of study couldn't be changed in the future but along the way we are studying the topic there must be 'things' that might change. I'm sure MEXT will not be so rigid on the title itself. What is the most important I think, the content of study programme. what is our ultimate goal after finishing the term. The title that you are worrying about right now may have to be finalized after you completed the course. It is only the matter of time, the main is content of the research and the field.

There is no problem to send the same thing to those universities that you choose, at the end of the day, if 3 of them accept your proposal, the final decision will be decided by MEXT which university you can enter.

just to update, I just finished my medical check up and cost me RM115.50 and still don't receive the package from Ms. Yin. Have you received them?

I still haven't receive the package from embassy. Today is public holiday for KL? Then probably by tomorrow we will receive.
your medical check up fees is very reasonable, I asked some clinic and hospital in Penang and estimated cost is around RM150 to 300, mind to share where you get it done? Including chest x-ray, urine test and blood test?
