Looking for Setsuko Okubo

Not 100% confident on the spelling.
She is my Grandmother. Setsuko Okubo
My name is Leo Hiroshi Shapiro.
My blood relation to her goes from my currently deceased mother Kiyomi Shapiro.
About a couple years ago or so she visited the USA with my Aunt.

Honestly I would like to know if she is dead or not.
I visited japan about a week ago and my sister was suppose to set up a meeting.
It didn't happen. So my sister has proven to be unreliable.
Now I would like to visit her myself.
At the moment I have no reliable info.

What sort of info do you have? Do you have anything with a name and address on it? Even if you can't read it yourself, it should be easy to spot as a return address on an envelope. Any of your mother's records? Anything at all that would serve as a clue? What does your sister have?

most up-to-date info i have from my sister is.

I think this info is outdated though.
According to my sister my aunt told her that setsuko had dementia and was moved to a nursing facility or something.
Didn't have this info on my trip before, my sister was suppose to arrange something with my aunt.
