Looking for old pen friend

I am searching after my old pen friend from Tokyo, Japan. Her name is Yoshiko Niisaka and she is about 58 years old. There is a few things I remember about her and her family. She was born in Fuji and she studied German politics in Tokyo. I met her in Belgrade, Yugoslavia 1988 during she traveled all over the Europe.
