Looking for old Japanese Friends

Hello,

I am looking for two Japanese friends, one who stayed with me in Australia and one whom I stayed with in japan in around 1992.

They both went to high school in Ashiya.

Their names are:
Tatsunori Ootsubo
Norimitsu Shiba

I have been trying to find them for over 10 years.
