Looking for my Japanese father

Hi , I am Maiko Jane Kobayashi 34 years old , I came across to this site hoping that could anyone can help me find my father.Its been 3 decades and still no contact/communication with him . My father is Japanese named Makiyoshi Kobayashi , his address is at 629 Fujimi machi suwa gun nagano Ken Japan , I have his old telephone number 0266 62 3976 I will attached a photo for reference (photo taken 35 years ago).
