Looking for my Japanese biological father

Hello I'm jap a Filipino citizen my mom is. A Filipino and my dad is Japanese citizen. I am 34 years old now. I just found out recently that my dad is Japanese. Until I saw my live birth certificate in PSA that my father is hidea takahashi. I'm writing this email. Because I want to find my biological father. I just want to know the details of his address and contact number. To help me his whereabouts. I am holding my PSA verified Birth certificate stating that my father's name is Hidea takahashi
