Looking for my Father

I think I just want some closure, since he supposedly has a new family now and still living in the Philippines. I have his koseki tohon + name and pictures. Supposedly my parents separation wasn't amicable but supposedly he was sending gifts when I was a kid though that might've been just lies my mom told me to "comfort" me.

His already in his 70's so I'm not sure if he's still alive but still have some questions that I think I'm ready to hear the answers
